Role Overview

We are hiring a senior Creative Head with a proven portfolio of AI-based creative work across

Video, 3D Animation, Image Generation, UI/UX, Pitch Presentations, and Digital Experiences built using modern generative technologies across the full content lifecycle.

With 9+ years of industry experience, you will lead our creative organization with a deeply embedded AI-first and Generative Creative mindset. This role goes far beyond visual direction. You will architect AI-powered creative systems, upskill teams to augment output using AI, own end-toned generative pipelines, and integrate creativity directly into marketing automation and growth engines.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who builds teams, systems, and future-ready

creative infrastructure at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end creative vision across brand, product, performance, and growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary creative team.
  • Design, implement, and operate AI-driven generative workflows (mandatory).
  • Create and supervise AI-generated content across static, motion, video, and copy.
  • Build scalable creative systems: prompts, templates, brand kits, AI pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Automation, Performance, and Growth teams.
  • Enable rapid content experimentation aligned with funnels, CRM, and automation tools.
  • Drive storytelling across campaigns, launches, products, and platforms.
  • Define and execute an AI-first upskilling roadmap for creative roles.
  • Maintain premium quality via structured reviews and iteration cycles.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 9+ years of proven experience in creative leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering AI-native creative work.
  • Hands-on expertise across Video, 3D, Image Generation, UI/UX, and Presentations.
  • Proven ability to personally create and operationalize AI-generated content.
  • Strong experience building and scaling Generative AI workflows.
  • Deep understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, branding.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing Automation and Growth teams.
  • Strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • A high-quality portfolio validating depth, leadership, and execution.
