Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across all regions of Tamil Nadu.
  • Use your existing customer network in freight forwarding/logistics to generate revenue.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets consistently.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
  • Strong existing customer base in Tamil Nadu (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of industries, routes, pricing, and logistics requirements in Tamil Nadu.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused with strong time management.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
