Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assembly Supervisor/In-Charge located in Dadri Toye. The Assembly Supervisor/In-Charge will oversee daily assembly operations, supervising Mechanical Manufacturing, Welding, Machining, Fitting, Repair, and Maintenance to ensure quality control, engage in production planning, and participate in staff training. They will manage assembly processes, coordinate with various departments, and maintain high standards of manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Min. 5 years of Experience Required
  • Supervisory Skills in assembly & manufacturing & will be able to manage a team of approximately 20.
  • Experience in Quality Control and Production Planning
  • Proven ability in Training staff and overseeing Manufacturing & Maintenance processes
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Experience in pipeline inspection or related industry is a plus
