To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a
dynamic Operation Supervisor
who can oversee day-to-day shop-floor activities, including
mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and tool room operations
, ensuring projects are executed on time and meet quality standards.

Role Overview

As an
Operation Supervisor
, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the complete assembly and production process — from drawing review to final testing and delivery. This role requires technical understanding, team coordination, and hands-on supervision to ensure seamless execution between the design and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Assembly Supervision

  • Oversee daily operations in the
    assembly, electrical, and tool room departments
    .
  • Ensure timely execution of assembly activities as per design drawings and project plans.
  • Supervise mechanical fitting, electrical wiring, and machine testing activities.
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing and assembly processes.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate closely with the
    design team
    to understand drawings and technical requirements.
  • Communicate design feedback, on-site challenges, and required modifications.
  • Collaborate with procurement, quality, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Technical Understanding

  • Read and interpret
    engineering drawings and electrical schematics
    .
  • Support in layout planning, electrical panel integration, and component assembly.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues during assembly, wiring, and trial runs.

Team Management & Safety

  • Supervise and guide technicians, electricians, and tool room personnel.
  • Ensure safe working practices and maintain a clean, organized shop floor.
  • Monitor resource utilization and report daily progress to management.

What We're Looking For


Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of
    mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and machine building processes
    .
  • Ability to
    read and interpret engineering and electrical drawings
    .
  • Basic knowledge of pneumatic and automation components preferred.

Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree
    in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 1–3 years
    of hands-on experience in assembly, electrical, or tool room operations.
  • Experience in
    SPM manufacturing
    or
    industrial automation
    setup preferred.
