Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee interior/exterior project sites, manage daily operations, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure timely project completion as per design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with the design team, contractors, vendors, and laborers.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure work is done as per drawings and specifications.
  • Track material requirements, delivery, and usage on site.
  • Ensure site safety and cleanliness.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.
  • Resolve site issues and communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior or architectural site supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, fittings, and execution methods.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple sites if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹31,145.74 per month
