Position Overview
Golden Homes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Leader (Head / VP / GM level) to drive the company's revenue growth, lead high-performing teams, and strengthen the brands market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both sales and marketing within the Chennai real estate market, with a proven track record of delivering results across premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high productivity and performance.
- Oversee the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and client meetings to booking and closure.
- Manage channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to maximize project visibility and sales conversions.
- Formulate pricing strategies, offers, and negotiation frameworks based on market dynamics.
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all sales touchpoints.

Marketing Leadership
- Build and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and project visibility.
- Oversee digital marketing, performance campaigns, SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives.
- Plan and execute ATL/BTL activities, events, roadshows, and project launch campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for branding, creatives, videos, and promotional assets.
- Conduct market research to track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer insights.
- Strengthen the brand presence of Golden Homes in the Chennai real estate market.
Strategic & Operational Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management on business planning, revenue forecasting, and project positioning.
- Work closely with CRM, Finance, and Project teams for seamless sales operations.
- Monitor KPIs, sales dashboards, lead reports, and marketing ROI.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 7–20 years of experience in real estate sales & marketing, ideally in Chennai.
- Proven leadership experience at Head/VP/GM level.
- Strong understanding of residential real estate, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure targets and deliver consistent results.
