Desktop Support Engineer__(Excellent English Communication skills)

Salary - 30k to 38k (monthly)

Mode - Full-Time (Work from Office)

Time - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Proactively manage support queues to ensure timely resolution of Level 1 issues.
  • Manage password reset requests for Active Directory, third-party applications, and voicemail PINs.
  • Handle user account creation for new employees and termination for departing staff.
  • Configure and deploy workstations utilizing standardized system imaging solutions.
  • Offer comprehensive technical support (Level 1 and 2) for desktop and laptop systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to foster trust and collaboration with internal customers.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
  • Sustain comprehensive and current records of systems
  • Be available for participation in the on-call support schedule when required.
  • Proficiency in both verbal/written communication and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and foundational networking principles.
  • Experience utilizing IT ticketing and Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
  • A strong customer-centric approach combined with a proactive mindset.
