Position: HOD – Automobile Department

Qualification:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • OR currently working as a Lecturer/Instructor with more than 5+ years of teaching experience in Automobile stream

Preferred Background:

  • Government Polytechnic Colleges
  • ITI (Automobile-related trades)
  • Diploma Colleges (Automobile Engineering)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of academic experience in Automobile

Salary: Attractive salary package for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and manage all academic operations of the Automobile Department.
  • Mentor faculty members and ensure high-quality teaching standards.
  • Support curriculum planning, timetable management, and academic documentation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of classes, workshops, and practical training sessions.
  • Work closely with management to achieve the institution's academic vision and development goals.
  • Foster a positive, disciplined, and student-centered learning environment.
  • Monitor faculty performance and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Represent the department during academic meetings, audits, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
