Job Summary:

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team at ABR Cinemas. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive cinema experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers courteously

- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally

- Provide information about movie schedules, tickets, and cinema facilities

- Process transactions and handle cash, credit card, and online payments

- Maintain a clean and organized cinema environment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cinema operations

- Meet sales targets and promote cinema products and services

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling

Skills and Qualities:

- Friendly and approachable demeanor
