**Job Description**:
**Sales Associate**
The position is that of frontline sales personnel who would primarily be responsible for customer acquisition and site conversion for BHS.
Sales Associates are responsible for client interactions, conversion of leads, collaborating with Architects and Interior Designers and prepare and share the quote. They are also required to ensure timely completion of work and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for conversion of customer leads, received through various sources, for the Beautiful Homes Service (BHS).
Educating the customer about BHS service, materials, and products.
Interact with the customer to understand his/her needs and get the initial BoQ + design prepared by the designated AID.
Work with the designated AID to prepare the initial design for the site and share with the customer.
Handle all customer queries, issues and complaint resolution and closure of site.
weekly site visits during execution and ensure AP processes are followed.
Responsible for Sales collection from the customer in the name of AP.
