We are currently Hiring for PVR Inox

Designation : Service Associate

Experience : Fresher/ Experience

Gender : Male (Rotational shift)

Working Hours : 9 hours (one week off between Monday to Thursday only)

Age Limit : 18-24 years

Qualification : 12th/Graduate

Salary : 14000 CTC

No. of openings : 20

Location: PVR INOX Cinemas, Ludhiana

Skills / Responsibilities:
Must be presentable.

Must have good communication skills.

Knowledge about basic computer.

To personally greet the customers and other affluent people at each touch point with correct salutation

Service on seat, suggestive & Up selling,

Efficient Cash handling, inventory management at POS

Customer query handling

Well versed with Movie synopsis and genre

We are Currently Hiring for Service Associate..gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", and “Ma'am".

Taking effective orders and satisfying the customers

Box office handling, ticketing and reporting
