**Position**: Customer Service Associate(Only males)

**Salary**: 1.80 LPA+Overtime

**Location**: Ludhiana, Punjab

**Requirements**:

- Must have Good Communication and Convincing skills in English
- Knowledge of MS Excel and E mail
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Graduate Freshers can also apply

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the Company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the Company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (required)
