Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, with proven experience in selling electronic products in a B2B environment. Experience in lithium-ion battery technology is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive end-to-end sales activities: prospecting, client engagement, technical consultation, and closure
· Understand client requirements and provide tailored product demonstrations
· Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships
· Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies
· Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
· Minimum 3 years of experience in technical/B2B sales
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Ability to manage client expectations and deliver under deadlines
· Team management experience is an added advantage
· Prior experience in lithium-ion battery industry is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
