We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our PhD guidance and assistance team. The role focuses on promoting research and academic support services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound telesales calls to generate leads and convert them into clients.

  • Promote PhD guidance, research assistance, and publication support services.

  • Understand client needs and provide suitable research solutions.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure conversions.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with researchers and institutions.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.

  • Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

Skills Required :

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle objections and build trust with clients.

  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of academic research (preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Qualification :

- Any degree (freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).

  • Sales/telecalling experience in education, academic, or service sectors is an added advantage.
