Tele Calling Executive

We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to support sales activities for our SaaS software products including Plots7, BillQ, and other business software solutions. This role focuses on outbound calls, lead qualification, customer follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain software product features, pricing, and business benefits clearly
- Generate qualified leads and schedule demos or meetings
- Maintain call records, follow-up status, and daily reports
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information
- Follow telecalling scripts and sales SOPs
- Coordinate with Team Lead for targets and daily activities
- Support the sales team in closing opportunities through follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi
- Confidence in handling customer conversations over phone
- Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge preferred
- Target-oriented and disciplined work approach
