We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to support sales activities for our SaaS software products including Plots7, BillQ, and other business software solutions. This role focuses on outbound calls, lead qualification, customer follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain software product features, pricing, and business benefits clearly
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule demos or meetings
  • Maintain call records, follow-up status, and daily reports
  • Handle customer queries and provide basic product information
  • Follow telecalling scripts and sales SOPs
  • Coordinate with Team Lead for targets and daily activities
  • Support the sales team in closing opportunities through follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi
  • Confidence in handling customer conversations over phone
  • Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge preferred
  • Target-oriented and disciplined work approach
