Telecaller – Student Admission Department

Location: Tirunelveli

Institution: National College Tirunelveli,Near Income Tax Office, & Law College, Tiruchendur Main Road,Tirunelveli

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Admissions Team. The role involves contacting prospective students, explaining our college courses (Aviation, Banking, Logistics, etc.), and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming enquiries.
  • Explain course details, eligibility, and career prospects.
  • Maintain follow-up calls and convert leads into admissions.
  • Update call records and reports daily.
  • Support the marketing and admissions team during campaigns and events.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Any Degree
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil & basic English.
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.
  • Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
  • Female candidates only Preferred.
  • Experience in telecalling, counselling, or marketing (added advantage).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
