We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls to customers. The Telecaller will be responsible for promoting products or services, handling queries, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, services, or support.
  • Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
  • Follow up with interested leads or existing customers.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in [Insert required languages – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

  • Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.

  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cold calling or lead generation.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and closing strategies.

  • Confidence and a persuasive speaking style.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
