Advertiqo Global is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales for our digital marketing and website development services. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for digital solutions, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our digital marketing and website development services.
- Engage with prospects in a courteous and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their business needs.
- Present our range of services persuasively, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their level of interest and readiness to engage with our services.
- Follow up on leads promptly and persistently, nurturing relationships and guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set appointments, schedule demos, and facilitate client meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status updates in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales strategies, processes, and customer engagement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or sales representative, preferably in the digital marketing or IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and persuasive speaking voice.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts related to digital marketing strategies, website development, SEO, PPC, etc.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance metrics.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of self-motivation and resilience, with a positive attitude towards challenges and rejection.
- Prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and follow-up activities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
