**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate fluently in **Malayalam and Tamil**, engaging prospects professionally and understanding their business needs.
- Persuasively present our services, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing interest levels.
- Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead updates in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a **Tele caller, Telemarketer, or Sales Representative**.
- **Fluency in Malayalam and Tamil is mandatory** (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive tone.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in **CRM tools** and sales software.
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and resilience towards challenges.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
