
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits, community outreach, and participation in events, exhibitions, and education fairs to generate leads for school admissions.
- Promote the school's academic programs, extracurricular activities, and unique offerings to prospective parents and students.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and school events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, local organizations, and feeder schools to build awareness and trust.
- Counsel and guide parents through the admission process and follow up until enrollment is complete.
- Achieve monthly/annual admission targets as assigned.
- Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and conversions, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors' activities, and potential opportunities for admissions growth.
- Support the admissions team with campaigns, open-house programs, and parent interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or admissions in the education sector is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and local language.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours during events.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM for maintaining records.
