Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer -focused Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a track record of exceeding targets. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7 -10 cold visits every day. • Educate customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits. • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularlyRequirements Required Skills & Competencies: • Customer Engagement: Engaging and influencing potential customers through effective communication. • Sales Skills: Ability to present and demonstrate products/services to B2B customers. • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business. • Target -Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse customer base.
