High Salary: Climate Tech Co-founder

Job Description Ecosys.Earth is developing a Continuous Assurance MRV platform for artisanal biochar a breakthrough system that will allow monthly issuance of carbon credits instead of annual bottlenecks. By combining IoT, AI/ML, mobile-first interfaces, and blockchain-backed governance, we aim to unlock liquidity for farmers, trust for buyers, and scalability for the global carbon removal market. We are seeking a Tech Co-Founder to help architect, build, and scale this platform. This is an equity-based role (no upfront investment required) for someone passionate about climate tech, data systems, and impact-driven innovation. Responsibilities - Design and build the MVP architecture: IoTAppCloud pipeline, analytics engine, dashboards. - Integrate diverse data sources (IoT devices, mobile logs, satellite imagery) into a unified data lake. - Develop AI/ML models to calculate net carbon removals, leakage, and permanence with conservative issuance. - Implement tamper-proof governance systems (blockchain anchoring, anomaly detection, verifier console). - Lead the technical roadmap from pilot registry integration full-scale global deployment. - Recruit and manage a tech team as the platform scales. Qualifications - Proven experience in IoT systems integration and edgecloud pipelines. - Strong background in data engineering and/or AI/ML for environmental or sensor data. - Knowledge of blockchain/tamper-proof architectures and distributed ledgers. - Experience building scalable SaaS or platform products. - Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work in early-stage, high-uncertainty environments. - Alignment with climate action and impact-driven innovation.
