The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hiring, technology, and operations, with a passion for building scalable products and teams. Responsibilities: Lead the hiring strategy, building high-performing teams for multiple products. Oversee technology strategy and execution, ensuring scalable and efficient product development. Manage operations, streamlining processes, workflows, and product launches. Collaborate with other founders to define product roadmaps and company vision. Support founders in creating ownership-driven, equity-focused teams for each product. Requirements: Proven experience in hiring, technology, and operations within startups or high-growth environments. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Passion for AI, SaaS products, and entrepreneurship. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven startup environment.
