Based in Bengaluru, OneMeal aims to support local mothers and create a community around wholesome, homemade food. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder, located in Bengaluru. The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategic planning, identifying business opportunities, and driving the growth of the company. Day-to-day tasks include managing operations, overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, conducting market research, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. The Co-Founder will also play a key role in building relationships with stakeholders and expanding the customer base. Qualifications Strong Analytical and Research skills Excellent Communication skills Experience in Sales and Marketing Proven leadership abilities and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Bengaluru Previous experience in the food industry or startup environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
