Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Recruiter located in Jharkhand, India. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment process. The individual will coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement recruitment strategies, and ensure timely closure of open positions. The role also requires maintaining candidate databases and fostering strong relationships with potential hires to build a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates
  • Experience in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in on-site field recruitment is a plus
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is advantageous
  • High level of initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
