Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Six Sigma Specialist / Process Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will lead process optimization projects using Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Six Sigma projects using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and defects.
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis sessions.
  • Analyze process performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop, implement, and sustain process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and control plans.
  • Train and mentor employees on Six Sigma principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, measure benefits realization, and report outcomes to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives using Six Sigma methodology.
  • Perform data-driven analysis to identify process gaps and implement corrective measures.
  • Drive Lean transformation projects across functions.
  • Green Belt / Black Belt certification required.
  • Experience in telecom, BFSI, or IT service industries is preferred.
