Apply best practice operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies and other techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma.

Apply structured and disciplined methodology to identify data-driven root causes. Challenge existing ways of working within Finance and Accounting - – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report

Support harmonization of processes across Finance and Accounting – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report

Manage relationships with key stakeholders within Finance and Accounting - – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report

Lead  continuous improvement/optimization projects, facilitate successful implementation of new services; promote the process toward an automated environment across Finance and Accounting

Support in new business acquisition

Partner with colleagues, peers and stakeholders, and work on initiatives and projects

Provide project management and delivery expertise aligned with Business Process Excellence principles. 

Support project identification through data analysis and process mining

Provide training on process excellence methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma training and agile methodologies.

Work with stakeholders to create a culture and a community of continuous improvement across Conneqt, including fostering idea generation.

Incorporate quality culture and respective tools and templates in the daily operations

Requirements:

Bachelor / Master Degree (ideally in engineering, business administration, or science).

3-4+ years of Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt with hands-on project execution experience, ideally in an environment with transactional processes (Finance and Accounting)

Track record of excellent continuous improvement mindset and behavior.

Familiar and comfortable with agile ways of working. Adaptable to changing environments.

Strong communication, networking and influencing skills on senior management level, but also downwards.

Strong team player with interpersonal skills and strong collaborative and solution-focused mindset.

Shared service sector experience is a plus.

Ability to travel up to 15% of time.
