We are seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Consultant with strong expertise in the Manufacturing industry to analyze business operations, optimize processes, and implement strategic improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive productivity, reduce operational costs, enhance quality, and support digital transformation initiatives.

1. Business Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to optimize operational performance and business growth.

2. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and root-cause analysis (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Recommend solutions for reducing waste, improving throughput, and increasing overall efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement programs across operations, supply chain, and production areas.

3. Project Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end consulting projects within manufacturing units.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership and clients.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and performance coaching for teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management and help in decision-making.

Location: Traveling all over India

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing consulting, process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, production planning, quality control, and maintenance systems.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, , 5S, and other improvement methodologies
  • Green/Black Belt - 2 Years in Green Belt
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, FMCG, heavy engineering, or chemical manufacturing industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month
