Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Client Success Executive
to manage and enhance the experience of clients who use Rest The Case's services. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, including sales, content, and design, to ensure a smooth onboarding process, timely execution of deliverables, and long-term client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will come from a
marketing or digital agency background
, with hands-on experience in client servicing, coordination, and campaign or content management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding.
- Coordinate with the
sales team
to ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to service delivery. - Collaborate with
content and design teams
to manage deliverables and timelines. - Develop and maintain
content calendars
for ongoing projects. - Maintain continuous communication with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback.
- Coordinate participation in events, podcasts, and other client-related initiatives organized by the company.
- Track service performance, gather client feedback, and ensure consistent satisfaction and retention.
- Support renewal processes and contribute to client retention strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in
client servicing, account management, or coordination
(preferably in a marketing or digital agency). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of content creation and social media workflows is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
