Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling banking-related tasks, outdoor office work, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all banking-related work such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearances, etc.
  • Manage outside office tasks including collection of stamp papers, notary work, and other official documentation.
  • Coordinate and complete assigned important errands outside the office.
  • Support the office team in basic administrative tasks when required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational background: BCom Graduate .
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and reliability.
  • Prior experience will be an added advantage.
