Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Junior Safety Officer located in Pune. The Junior Safety Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting accident investigations, providing safety training, and overseeing occupational health activities. Additional responsibilities include supporting the implementation of safety and security measures within the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills
  • Experience in conducting Accident Investigations and implementing Security measures
  • Ability to deliver effective Safety Training
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
