
Business Development Executive

SEPOSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
As a BDE, we are expecting you to be the face of our company for potential clients. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, explaining our services in a simple and convincing way, and building trust with every interaction. We expect you to be proactive, confident in communication, and focused on achieving targets while maintaining strong client relationships. Most importantly, we look for someone who is eager to learn, resilient in handling rejections, and motivated to grow with the company.
Location: Noida Sector-2
Timings: 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.
Workdays: Monday-Saturday/6 days a week
Experience: Fresher
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Understand client needs and explain company services in a clear, simple manner.
- Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with the legal and finance team to provide accurate solutions to clients.
- Keep records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in any stream
- Freshers with excellent communication skills
