Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join our Noida office and oversee the daily administrative operations that support our fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations, managing administrative staff, and implementing efficient processes that align with our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

a) Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate administrative staff including receptionists, office assistants, and support personnel
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure maximum team efficiency
  • Allocate responsibilities and optimize office space utilization across departments
  • Foster a collaborative environment that supports our diverse, globally integrated teams

b) Administrative Operations

  • Plan, coordinate, and streamline all administrative procedures and systems
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and compliance
  • Manage scheduling, coordination of meetings, and executive calendaring
  • Oversee records management, filing systems, and document management processes
  • Ensure smooth information flow within the company to facilitate business operations

c) Facilities & Resource Management

  • Monitor office supply inventory and manage procurement with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate office renovations, space planning, and equipment management
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with organizational policies and regulations

d) Financial & Budget Support

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor administrative costs and expenses
  • Process administrative invoices and maintain expense tracking systems
  • Support financial reporting for administrative department activities

e) Strategic Support

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to optimize cross-functional workflows
  • Handle special projects including employee events, office relocations, and company initiatives
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as required

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in administrative management or similar leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing administrative teams in fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience in IT/technology companies preferred

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
