
Sr. Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals within the event management industry. This role requires a strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for corporate, social, and experiential events.
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, meetings, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored event solutions.
Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, pitches, and contracts to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the event operations and creative teams to design customized event concepts that align with client objectives.
Manage and mentor junior business development executives to enhance team performance.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms, close contracts, and ensure profitability on all projects.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and achieved sales targets to senior management.
