Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Strategist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals via cold calls or online channels.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and online channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable Skill Intern programs.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹1,50,000.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Track sales activities and report performance to the manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Selection & Employment DetailsSelection Process: HR Interview Round
  • Training Period: First 10 days (unpaid)
  • Working Days: 6 days/week
  • Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
  • Package for Fresher's: ₹2,20,000 per annum
  • Probation Period: 3 Months (Mandatory)
  • Attendance & Consistency:
  • Maintain at least 90% consistency during probation to secure full-time employment.
  • Only 1–2 leaves allowed in the first month under exceptional circumstances.
  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Skills & Requirements

Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, email, online platforms)Presentation and persuasion skills to explain programs effectively

Preferred Skills Prior experience in inside sales, business development, or telesales Understanding of education, training, or internship programs

Nice to Have Experience in customer relationship management software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)Familiarity with digital marketing or lead nurturing campaigns Negotiation and closing skills for high-value deals
