**Job Summary**

**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Academic Qualification**: Any Graduation / Post Graduation

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable Skill Intern programs.
- Achieve **monthly revenue targets** of ₹1,50,000.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Track sales activities and report performance to the manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

**Selection & Employment Details**
- **Selection Process**: HR Interview Round
- **Training Period**: First 10 days (unpaid)
- **Working Days**: 6 days/week
- **Working Hours**: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- **Work Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore
- **Package for Fresher’s**: ₹2,20,000 per annum
- **Probation Period**: 3 Months (mandatory)
- **Attendance & Consistency**:

- Maintain at least **90% consistency** during probation to secure full-time employment.
- Only **1-2 leaves** allowed in the first month under exceptional circumstances.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong **sales acumen** and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

Pay: Up to ₹220,000.00 per year
