Junior Master Data Specialist

Role description and key responsibilities

a) Data Management:

  • Maintain and update financial master data in the system.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all financial systems.
  • Develop and implement data management controls.

b) Data Governance:

  • Define and enforce data standards and policies.
  • Oversee data governance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

c) Support and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with finance and Digital teams to resolve data-related issues.
  • Provide support for financial reporting and analysis by ensuring data integrity.

d) Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency.
  • Develop automated solutions for data entry and validation

Quality of the Financial Masterdata

Effectiveness of data management processes

Supporting structured and data-driven decisions that help to drive top line and profitability.

What Are We Looking For?

Bachelor degree or above

Good at written and spoken English

Ability to work flexible hours

Good at MS Office software

Fast learning , detailed oriented and highly accountable

Good communication skills and a good team player

Initiative to change and optimize process continuously
