Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Sales & Target Achievement (Target-Driven)
Target Management: Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts and action plans to achieve and exceed set volume, margin, and value-added targets (finance, insurance, accessories).
Market Leadership: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to create a strategic roadmap that ensures the dealership is the market leader in the assigned territory.
Brand & Product Positioning: Work closely with the OEM (Mahindra) to ensure all promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand guidelines are executed flawlessly at the dealership level.
Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the entire sales team, including Sales Consultants and Team Leaders, fostering a high-performance and positive sales culture.
Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all sales processes, lead management (CRM), inventory control, and documentation standards as per Mahindra and dealership requirements.
Performance Review: Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to ensure every team member meets their individual targets and development goals.
Showroom Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom and sales floor, ensuring a premium, welcoming, and efficient customer experience is delivered at all touchpoints.
Customer Satisfaction (CSI/SSI): Take ownership of the dealership's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores, implementing continuous improvement measures to enhance the post-sales and brand experience.
Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate closely with the RTO/Insurance and inventory teams to ensure smooth vehicle logistics, timely deliveries, and optimal stock levels.
