What You'll Do


• Manage and scale multiple D2C brands on Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)


• Build and execute full-funnel ad strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)


• Work closely with our creative team to craft high-performing angles, hooks & ads


• Analyze data from Meta, Shopify & analytics tools to make ROI-driven decisions


• Optimize ads daily and scale aggressively when performance is proven


• Stay ahead of trends, tactics, and ad innovations

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads for D2C brands

Proven portfolio of scaled brands (case studies or dashboards required)

Strong understanding of Shopify, ad metrics (ROAS, CPA, MER), and scaling logic

Strategic thinker — not just a media buyer, but a marketer

Confident taking full ownership of client success and ad profitability

Ambitious, analytical, and hungry to scale every account to big numbers
