Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate based in Dehradun. The Associate will be responsible for daily tasks including but not limited to assisting team members on various projects, collaborating with different departments, managing client communications, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. Additionally, the individual will be expected to support day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
  • Proficiency in organizational, administrative, and office management tasks
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically
  • Team collaboration and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
