Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a Process Associate. The Process Associate will be responsible for assisting with business process outsourcing tasks, analyzing financial data, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting communication efforts. Daily tasks will include managing medical billing processes, ensuring accuracy in billing codes, following up on claims, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Finance proficiency
  • Customer Service expertise
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
