We're Hiring Admin Executive
Location: Andheri East (Sakinaka), Mumbai
Experience: 23 years (Admin / Facility Management)
Shift: Rotational (One Rotational Week Off)
Employment Type: On Third Party Payroll
About the Role:
Were looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support our daily office operations. If you have hands-on experience in administration, facility management, and vendor coordination this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office admin & facility activities.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping & maintenance teams.
Manage office & pantry inventory and procurement.
Process vendor invoices and coordinate for timely payments.
Support HR/Admin in onboarding (ID cards, seating, etc.).
Maintain attendance, access logs & petty cash records.
Requirements:
Minimum HSC
Strong communication & coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Comfortable with rotational shifts.
