Customer Support Executive – Insurance Domain (Voice Process)

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Company Overview:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for one of our reputed clients in the Insurance domain (Life & Health Insurance). If you are passionate about helping customers choose the best insurance plans and have strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

Job Role:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist customers in understanding and selecting suitable Life and Health Insurance plans based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Provide accurate information on policies, premiums, and benefits.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up for renewals or additional services.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication.

Job Details:

  • Process: Voice Process
  • Shift Timing: Day Shift (Rotational Shifts)
  • Week Off: Rotational
  • Training: 15 days (provided by the company)
  • Experience: Freshers to 5 Years
  • Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
  • Age Limit: Candidates must have completed graduation (no ongoing students)
  • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only
  • Location: Kharadi, Pune

Salary:

15,000-20,000 k CTC for freshers

Max 35,000 k CTC for Experience

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of insurance (added advantage)
