What You'll Do (Zap the Market )
Drive new business development with banks, payment networks, and financial institutions – from prospecting to closing big-ticket deals.
Build C-suite relationships (yes, you'll be talking loyalty, engagement, and customer magic with CXOs).
Pitch innovative loyalty solutions that solve real problems and excite clients.
Own and-to-end sales cycle – proposals, pricing, contracts, negotiations.
Work closely with product, partnerships, and operations teams to deliver solutions that truly Zap.
Be the face of Zaps India at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Lead account growth by identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
Help shape India strategy with global leadership – your ideas matter here.
What Makes You Perfect (The Ideal Zapper )
8–10 years of business development experience in banking, fintech, payments, or loyalty solutions.
Strong CXO-level network across banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Track record of closing large, strategic deals (we love rainmakers ).
Excellent negotiation and storytelling skills – you can sell an idea, not just a product.
Hunger to grow, hustle, and make things happen.
A balance of strategic thinker + execution ninja.
And most importantly – a sense of humor. Zappers are serious about results, but never boring.
