Job Title: Technical Support Automobile
Department: Service / Technical Support
Location: Airoli
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in automobile service, technical support, or related role.
- Experience with [specific brand/segment if required, e.g., passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, EVs].
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of automobile systems (engine, transmission, electrical, electronic, diagnostics).
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, scanners, and workshop equipment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff/customers.
- Knowledge of warranty policies and service processes.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP, diagnostic software).
- Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Resolution time for technical issues.
- Customer satisfaction scores.
- First-time fix rate.
- Number of technicians trained and certified.
- Reduction in repeat complaints.
