Performance Marketing Manager :We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, identifying target audiences and setting measurable goals.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance data to gauge campaign effectiveness, providing regular reporting to stakeholders and ensuring transparency.
  • Budget Management: Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels, ensuring optimal resource use and maximizing ROI.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising networks.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map out the customer journey to create effective marketing strategies and optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests to determine what resonates best with the audience and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in performance or digital marketing, optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.

Skills:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
