
Performance Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid campaigns, and have worked in a digital marketing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies based on insights to maximize ROI.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to achieve business objectives.
Audience Targeting: Leverage audience insights to optimize campaigns and increase customer acquisition.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, content, product) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and updates in performance marketing, tools, and platform algorithms.
Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Hands-on experience working at a digital marketing agency.
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
