Sales & Marketing Executive Roles -

  • Responsible for generating leads, converting sales for various flooring products such as vinyl, laminate, wooden, carpet, and synthetic floors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote flooring solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners while expanding the dealer network
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, delivery, and payment collection
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities for brand enhancement
  • Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B or project-based sales (preferably in flooring, interiors, or building materials).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of market segments such as residential, commercial, and institutional flooring.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing basics, and Microsoft Office.​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
