We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Greet and assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Assist in HR and accounting tasks as needed (e.g., timesheet tracking, invoice processing).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14, ₹20,847.76 per month
