Role & responsibilities
5-10 years of hands-on experience in global benefits administration, managing diverse geographies.
• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Knowledge of any regional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic) is an added advantage.
• Experience in payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTP
• Experience in Pension enrollments and updates
•
Experience in wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefits
• Experience in pre and post pension payroll and active payroll checks
• Experience in supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teams
